EAST LISMORE

The site at Airforce Road in East Lismore is another affordable housing project in NSW completed by Future. We were engaged to design and deliver 2x house types to occupy the north of the site, allowing for future development of the southern portion of the site.

The house types have each been designed as either 2BR or 3BR units, with rooms to the north to maximise solar access into livable/habitable rooms.

The single story dwellings take advantage of the steep site, with intermittent visitor parking and access.
