The brief called for a mixed-use masterplan development. The western most boundary of the site meets the sea, with a white sand beach for several hundred meters.
This prime beachfront with sunset views is ideal for beach activities. Behind the beach is located a 150 key hotel, with ground floor food & beverage venues. A retail plaza with parking and landscape provides a link to the beach, hotel and sports centre for swimming, tennis and a golf driving range. A natural waterway marks a key feature on the site, at the entrance to which is located the yacht club with marina boat docking.
To the east of the existing waterway is located the residential zone of the development, with 4 different house types. The premium residential house type enjoys beach front access, whilst the residential zone is characterised by the artificial islands and waterways which follow the natural topography of the site.
