MIXED USE HIGH RISE, INTERIOR DESIGN
Thyrada is a Mixed Use building in Phnom Penh. Located in a central location of the city, the 11 story building hosts a mix of retail, commercial, media and residential functions.
The louvred facade is designed to provide natural shading to the building interior, with length and spacing determined by solar access and facade orientation.
The built form is articulated to provide an exciting mix of terraces, with landscaping and awnings to provide outdoor spaces at key levels.
